Sometimes there are deals that are as attractively priced as a foreclosure. Buyers seeking Las Vegas hotel-condos may want to take a long hard look at Trump Towers these days. THE STARK TEAM has the connections to some surprisingly aggressive pricing, reduced as much as 50% from original sales prices. With the opening of MGM CityCenter and the state of the Las vegas real estate market in 2010, Donald Trump is not one to be trumped by anyone. Selling hotel-condos in Las Vegas is no party for any developer these days.  There is absolutely no financing available and cash is king.

Condos at the Signature at MGM Grand have dropped in price and bank owned MGM condos are selling extremely well, with studios priced from $150k plus and 1 bedrooms in the high $180k+ range.  Studios at the MGM Signature are the same size as those in Trump, approximately 520 sq. ft.  One bedrooms at MGM Signature range from about 847 sq. ft. for a non corner condo to 874 sq. ft. for a fully furnished corner unit, and Trump's range from about 920 sq. ft. for the non corner 1 bedroom & slightly more for the corner.  Both products utilize imported cabinetry, Snaidero from Italy for MGM , and Poggen Pohl, in the case of Trump. Both have marble clad bathrooms, with that in Trump Towers being a more exotic variation. Both feature floor to ceiling glass and offer dramatic views. The Donald is not one to have his head in the ground when it comes to Las Vegas real estate, so read between the lines and give us a call if you are looking to purchase a condo in TRUMP LAS VEGAS. MGM CityCenter has announced a 30% price drop, but in today's economy, I believe that they will be hard pressed to convert contract holders to hard sales at upwards of $700 per square ft., (I would love to be wrong) especially when a buyer can go one block east and buy an MGM Signature at half the price per square ft. with extremely fine finishes and lower HOA dues.
